At CandyStore.com, we strive for 100% sweetness, but due to the perishable nature of our products, we can only accept returns on unopened, non-meltable items within 30 days of delivery. Please note that we cannot accept returns on items damaged by heat during transit or products that have been opened.

Contact Support
Email our Sweet Support team with your order number and photos of the items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization Number.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack your items in a sturdy box and include your authorization slip; return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the error was ours.
Receive Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned treats, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
